UptoFaith 2017

Our creativity and artistic expression have been formed through the love of God and the melting pot of Central-Europe.

Up to Faith is a spiritual workshop founded by the members of Faith Church, Budapest. It is a group of artists whose goal it is to see and make seen the invisible in the visible, eternity in time, and the heart of man. We aspire to stand beside the suffering and whisper into their ears: there is hope, and this hope is not just an empty word, our lives are the evidence of its existence.

About the first UPTOFAITH event

On Easter Sunday 2011, we celebrated Christ’s resurrection with a grandiose dance joined by Christians from all over the world. This year we want to repeat the event but this time focusing on families.

Why again? Why now?

Today natural families face challenges that we must not ignore. With this year’s event we want to put natural families in the focus as they are the cornerstone of society.

Our purpose is to demonstrate the key importance of the natural family model and to convince politicians and world leaders to represent the natural values of traditional families.

We want to inspire everyone to support families and to defend the dignity of human life. We are organising this year’s event in conjunction with The World Congress of Families who is holding its international conference in Budapest on May 24-28.

As it is stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights the family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State. We believe that the basic fundamentals of healthy and progressive civilisations are strong families. Also, the family is based on a free, consentual, lifelong marriage of a man and a woman to satisfy the inner desire to give and receive love and to raise children in a psychologically and emotionally healthy environment.

Of course, we welcome anyone who agrees with our goals to join in the movement regardless of their family status.

Why is it important to participate?

We want to reach as many people as possible everywhere on the globe, and that’s why we need your participation to make our voices heard.
